I came to Ava knowing exactly which house I wanted to buy and never looked at another. While this elicited a "where did you come from?", I needed her to hold my hand every step of the way to do so. Her explanations of what to do, things to consider, and calm reassurance were essential in the process. In addition, she too, was able to see through the "as is" and envision the potential. She believed in me, and I can't wait to show her the reality when I have my housewarming party!
